Frustrated and inspired, Shantae was born during a spontaneous experiment in my kitchen. One afternoon of mixing and blending ingredients from my pantry resulted in a chemical-free body scrub that finally calmed my skin’s chaos.

What began as a personal quest turned into a passion. That initial success encouraged me to experiment further, transforming me from a curious baker into a self-taught formulator. My friends and family (my willing guinea pigs) encouraged my efforts as I perfected recipes for plastic-free skincare products, including natural body butter, face moisturizers, and plant-based face oils.
